Tilt Blog

So this is a total homer blog, get over it. I have a couple issues that need addressed by David Stern and the NBA.

Number 1

This is from Game 4 of the Celts and Hawks series. Please notice the Celtic bench player ON THE COURT during this fight. Today the NBA announced he will not be punished.

Now take a look at this clip from last years Suns and Spurs playoff series.

Once again suns players are seen coming off the bench during the fight. In this instance the NBA suspended both suns players for 1 game each during the series.

Mr Stern please explain to me why the suns players were suspended and the celtic player was not? Both broke the exact same rule, hell the celtic player should have know even better not to come off the bench because of what happened last year. Yet Mr. Stern decided he doesn't need suspended? How exactly does that work?

Number 2

I am so fucking tired of Tim Duncan. Do you think this guy thinks he has ever committed a foul in his life? EVERY FUCKING TIME he gets a foul called on him he blows his lid. Last night 2 separate times he got called for a foul, and slammed the ball down and yelled at the referee that made the call. Now if Rasheed Wallace did the same thing you can bet he would have been T'ed up within nanoseconds. Yet Mr. Duncan gets away without punishment.

I guess they don't call them the San Antonio Sterns for nothing.

Number 3

Can we please do something about this Hack-A-Shaq crap? Does anyone really want to watch basketball like that? I think Coach D should have done exactly what some of the AM radio guys were saying and started returning the favor on Tim Duncan. If in 4 minutes of the 2nd quarter the Suns and Spurs shot 24 free throws combined that rule would still be the same? Stern seriously do something about this rule.

Number 4

The suns played very badly last night and didn't deserve to win. If you commit 7 turn overs in the 4th quarter and miss 17 free throws through out the game you shouldn't win. Case closed.
